Super Absorbency Dressing
Description:Multi-layer wound dressings with super absorbency have higher absorbency than conventional foam dressings. Functionally reinforced design Dynamic fit: polyurethane foam is soft and elastic, which can be flexed with joints or body contours to avoid dressing shift; zero-adhesive safety: no self-adhesive components, which needs to be combined with adhesive tape to reduce the risk of allergy, especially suitable for fragile skin or long term dressing needs. Core Benefits Efficient exudate management: capillary action of polyurethane foam + fluid storage capacity of absorbent cotton, dual absorption mechanism against highly exuding wounds (e.g. burns, infected ulcers); Reduction of dressing change frequency ( compared to ordinary dressings, the change interval is 1.5-2 times longer). Promote healing: wet environment maintains growth factor activity, reduces scab formation and shortens healing cycle.

Raw material:Innovative three-layer composite structure
Surface layer (contact layer): Medical grade non-woven fabric with microfiber weaving process, soft touch, excellent breathability (breathability ≥ 2000g/m²/24h), avoiding fiber residue in the wound and reducing friction irritation.Middle layer (absorption core):
Polyurethane Foam Dressing: open porous structure for rapid vertical absorption, efficient effusion of exudate to the deeper layers and prevention of lateral spreading to contaminate the surrounding skin;
High Density Absorbent Cotton: compounded with the foam layer to further increase the fluid absorption capacity (up to 20 times its own weight), while maintaining a wet healing environment and accelerating the growth of granulation tissue.
Bottom layer (water-locking protective layer): ultra-thin polyurethane waterproof film, blocking the invasion of external bacteria and liquids, while allowing water vapor to pass through, maintaining the balance of the wound microenvironment.Size: customised
